  • Loss or theft of your purchased items.
  • Loss or theft of any center diamond or gemstone.

We do strongly recommend that you take out separate insurance for your purchased items. These are valuable articles that should be insured against theft or loss.

Our lifetime guarantee will include:

  • All resizing
  • Replacement and setting of missing accent diamonds
  • Cleaning and polishing
  • Checking stones for tightness and prong strength.

All guarantees and warranties are valid with regular 6-month visits to any of our showrooms to have your jewelry checked and cleaned. This not only allows us to prevent and reduce problems happening, but also keeps your jewelry in great condition and looking beautiful!

We work only in 14KT gold, 18KT gold or platinum. Our diamonds are all GIA certified to ensure highest quality and peace of mind with your purchase.
