RETURN POLICY

To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide you with an exchange or full refund on any items returned within 30-days of their original purchase date in their original condition. It’s that simple! Simply bring your items into the store and we will process the return OR refund. There are a few exceptions, however, so please take note below.

(1) International shipments are not subject to a return and/or refund
(2) Our return policy does not apply to special orders and custom design pieces
(3) Merchandise that is being returned, must be returned in the exact quality in which it was received. Any damage or signs of wear may disqualify your refund and your item may or may not be taken in for exchange.
(4) Items that have been resized by a jeweler other than The Diamond Guys may not be returned
(5) Engraved rings may be returned, minus any engraving fees
(6) Diamond eternity bands cannot be resized and if the ring needs a replacement, a new ring will need to be produced

 Q&A on Return Policy

Q. Can I ship my return?
A. Yes, simply call us for a return label, and we will email this to you. Shipping is handled by FedEx. Alternatively, you may ship your return with USPS registered mail (Insurance will be your responsibility through the post office)

Q. How is a special order defined?
A. Special orders are defined as any item that has been specifically ordered in for you, and this would include any customized item, any non-customized item in a non-stock size and finally, any CAD design product made for you based on your design, or a modification of one of our designs

Q. What I have misplaced my GIA report?
A. If you are returning any diamond to us without a GIA report, there will be a $200 fee to order a reprint. This $200 fee will be deducted from your final refund

Q. What if I purchased a ring, had it resized at The Diamond Guys, and now wish to return it?
A. Any ring that has been sized by The Diamond Guys is eligible to return for exchange or refund (subject to the exclusions stated in this policy). Sizing fees, if already paid, will NOT be refunded.
